摘要
通过玉柴船舶动力股份有限公司生产的Win GD 5RT-flex50-D低速船用柴油机与ABB增压器的匹配试验,研究涡轮增压器与柴油机的良好配合,以使柴油机获得预期的增压效果并使增压器能在各种负荷下高效稳定地运转。试验结果表明,影响低速船用柴油机与增压器匹配的主要因素有柴油机扫气压力值、增压器效率和柴油机喘振裕度值。同时试验说明,柴油机与涡轮增压器的匹配试验是一个综合平衡整机各项性能的一个重要过程。
This paper researches the good coordination of turbocharger and diesel engine by the matching test of the low-speed marine diesel engine Win GD 5RT-fl ex50-D produced by Yuchai Marine Power Co., Ltd. and ABB turbocharger to get the expected supercharging effect and ensures the effective and stable operation of supercharger under various loads. The test results show that the main factors influencing the matching of low-speed Marine diesel engine and supercharger include diesel engine scavenging pressure value, the efficiency of supercharger and the diesel engine surge margin value. The test shows at the same time, diesel engine and turbocharger matching test is an important process of comprehensive balance for the whole machine performance.
