基于Solidworks的自升式钻井平台升降基础结构建造流程仿真

摘要 自升式钻井平台升降基础分段的结构形式复杂且空间紧密,板材厚,全部为全焊透结构,建造难度大。本文利用Solidworks软件对升降基础分段的各个零部件进行建模,根据建造流程策划对升降基础分段进行虚拟装配,并通过制作动画对建造流程进行仿真分析。根据仿真结果对流程进行优化,得到最优化建造流程,提前预知建造过程的难点,制定合理施工步骤,确保升降基础分段的建造质量。 The structure of gear unit support foundation on the Jack up drilling unit is complex, the inside space is very small, the plates of gear unit support foundation are relatively thick and the well seams are full penetration welded, therefore it is very difficult to complete the structure's construction. In this paper, the structure's 3D modeling is established with the 3D CAD software olidworks, the virtual assembly for gear unit support foundation block is completed and the animation is made to carry on the simulation analysis of the whole construction process. Through the analysis, the most optimized construction process is obtained to visually describe the whole construction process, guide site construction and to ensure the construction quality of the structure.
