增益介质填充阶梯型光子晶体的光学特性

摘要 利用传输矩阵法研究掺铒玻璃填充一维阶梯型光子晶体局域模的光学特性.首先建立该结构的物理模型,然后利用传输矩阵法数值计算该结构的透射谱,最后讨论该局域模与增益系数、掺铒玻璃介质层宽度的变化关系;空间位置的光场分布与增益系数的变化关系.结果表明:随着增益系数的增大,局域模波长的位置没有变化,但局域模强度逐渐增大.局域模波长随介质层宽度的增大,而向长波方向移动;宽度为偶数时,局域模强度随介质层宽度的增大而增强;宽度为奇数时,局域模强度随介质层宽度的增大而减弱.空间位置的光场分布呈现出局域现象,光场分布主要在缺陷层和缺陷层的邻近层;随着增益系数的增大,光场局域现象越来越强. The optical characteristics of one-dimensional ladder-type photonic crystals localized modes with erbium-doped glass are studied by transfer matrix method. The physical models of this structures are built,the transmission spectrum of this structures is numerical calculated by transfer matrix method,discussing the changes relationship between the localized modes and the gain coefficient,the changes relationship between the localized modes and the width of erbium-doped glass medium layer; the changes relationship between the gain coefficient and the optical field distribution of spatial position. The results show: the position of localized modes wavelength have not changed as the increasing of the gain coefficient,but localized modes intensity gradually increased. the wavelength of defect modes shift long-wave direction as the increasing of the medium layer width; when the width is even number,the localized modes intensity has enhances as the increasing of the width of medium layer; the width is odd number,the localized modes intensity has reduces as the increasing of the width of medium layer. the optical field distribution of spatial position exhibits a local phenomenon,the optical field distribution are mainly in the defect layer and defect layer adjacent layers; the phenomenon of light field localized is growing as the increasing of the gain coefficient.
