It introduced the causes of shoulder pain in patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery and summed up preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative intervention methods to reduce the postoperative shoulder pain.It put forward that the simple and easy way was found and a cluster of interventions were formed through evidence-based methods,so as to relieve the shoulder pain of patients after laparoscopic surgery.
