脑卒中病人的社会支持与社会参与的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of social support and social participation in patients with cerebral apoplexy

[目的]调查脑卒中病人的社会支持状况和社会参与水平,并探讨两者的相关性。[方法]采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)和自主参与问卷(IPA)对168例脑卒中病人进行调查。[结果]脑卒中病人的社会参与总分为(56.89±12.42)分,条目得分为(2.28±0.50)分;社会支持总得分为(40.59±4.93)分,客观支持得分为(12.38±2.25)分,主观支持得分为(19.86±2.73)分,对支持的利用度得分为(8.35±1.41)分;社会支持得分与社会参与得分呈负相关(P<0.01),即社会支持越好,社会参与水平越高。[结论]社会支持和社会参与密切相关,在康复护理中应关注病人的社会支持状况,引导家庭、社区、社会给予脑卒中病人更多的关心和支持,以促进其社会参与水平的提高。

Objective：To investigate the status of social support and social participation level in patients with stroke,and to probe into the correlation between them.Methods：A total of 168 patients with stroke were investigated by using the social support rating scale（SSRS）and the Independent Participation Questionnaire（IPA）.Results：The total score of social participation in patients with stroke was 56.89±12.42,entry score was 2.28±0.50;total score of social support was 40.59±4.93,objective support score was 12.38±2.25,subjective support score was 19.86±2.73,degree of utilization of support score was 8.35±1.41;score of social support was negatively correlated with the score of social participation（P〈0.01）,namely,the better the social support was,the to social participation higher the level of social support was.Conclusion：Social support are closely related,we should pay attention to social support of patients in the rehabilitation nursing,guiding the family,community and society to give stroke patients more care and support,so as to improve their level of social participation.
