Analysis on the Benefits of Green Channel Project of Liaoning Province in the“Twelfth Five Year Plan”

指出了辽宁省"十二五"绿色通道建设主要任务是对公路、铁路、河渠、堤坝沿线进行绿化美化,是国土绿化的重要组成部分,是建设"绿色生态辽宁"的重大举措。综合分析了项目取得的生态效益、社会效益和经济效益,总结了项目建设成果,以期为今后相关林业生态建设项目提供参考。

The main task of the Green Channel project of Liaoning Province in the＂ Twelfth Five Year Plan＂ is the greening of highway and railway, canals and levees along the line. This is an important part of the land greening. Construction to complete the project, to promote the local economic and social development has far--reaching signifi- cance. The ecological benefit, social benefit and economic benefit of the project have been analyzed in this paper. We summarized the achievements of the project, and hoped to provide some experience for the future related forestry eco- logical construction projects.
