摘要 简单介绍了同步糖化发酵及其优势,综述了同步糖化发酵工艺近年来在工艺参数、工艺流程及发酵微生物等方面的最新研究进展,着重介绍了耐高温酵母的选育及其在同步糖化发酵制取生物乙醇中的应用,这有可能成为解决同步糖化发酵工艺中酶解和发酵温度不协调问题的最重要途径。 Simultaneous saccharification and fermentation( SSF) and its advantage were briefly introduced. The recent progress in the process parameters,process flow and fermentative microbe were reviewed. Intensively,the breeding of thermotolerant yeast and its application in the production of bio-ethanol with SSF process were introduced. This might be the most important method to solve the problem of the incoordination in optimal temperature of cellulose hydrolysis and microorganism fermenting of SSF.
