对德宏州参与重振南方丝绸之路的几点思考

当前世界经济仍然面临潜在风险,国内经济正在进行深度调整,"一带一路"战略正在加快推进实施。作为地处边陲的德宏州,如何充分发挥地缘优势,主动服务和融入"一带一路"战略,成为云南省面向南亚、东南亚辐射中心的"前哨站",积极发展与缅甸的睦邻友好关系,创造新的外部需求,将成为未来的一项迫切任务。重振南方丝绸之路,构建新世纪与南亚、东南亚国家全方位合作的开放轴线,不仅关系德宏州未来的发展,也决定云南省在全国对外开放中的地位。

As the border state of Dehong, how to make full use of geographical advantages, active service and into the ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy, Yunnan Province has become the center for South Asia, Southeast Asia radiation ＂outpost＂, actively develop good neighborly and friendly relations with Burma, and create a new external demand, will become an urgent task in the future. To revive the Southern Silk Road, century Gou Jianxin and South Asia, open axis all- round cooperation in Southeast Asian countries, not only in Dehong, the future development, also determines the status of Yunnan Province in the foreign in the open.
