摘要
以某12150型柴油机为研究对象,通过分析柴油机活塞敲击振动信号的时频特性,提出了基于组合阻尼正弦原子的匹配跟踪算法。利用该算法对仿真信号进行分析,发现相比单一正弦原子,组合阻尼正弦原子的匹配效率和准确度更高。采用该算法提取活塞敲击振动响应的发生时刻及能量值,结果表明提取的特征能够准确反映缸套的磨损状况,进而验证了算法的有效性和实用性。
A matching pursuit algorithm base on combined damping sinusoidal atoms was proposed according to the time-frequency domain of piston slap vibration signal from a 12150 diesel, which was used to analyze the simulation signals. Results show that the matching efficiency and accuracy of combined damping sinusoidal atoms were higher than that of single sinusoidal atom. Using this algorithm to extract the time and energy of piston slap vibration can correctly reflect the wear situation of cylinder sleeves from which the validity and practicality of this method can be verified.
