摘要
本文基于文献研究,从学分与学时的分配制度、培养制度以及工程技术教育认证制度三个角度论述了提升本科生以及研究生培养质量的制度问题。研究指出:(1)当前我国教育系统实施多年的学分制乃是学年基础上的学分制,目前所实行的学分制度并不能提升学生们的自主学习性,混学分"磨学工"现象严重;(2)研究生培养制度不健全,专硕、学硕培养方法不科学,通过中美硕士阶段教育方法的对比指出了提升研究生培养质量制度层面的问题;(3)当前我国缺少完善的学位项目认证制度,建议建立完善的学位项目非官方认证机构和认证体系。
Institution problem on enhance the quality of undergraduate and graduate education in colleges and universities is studied in three points of view on credits and credit hour allocation method,training system and Accreditation system for Engineering and Technology based on literature. Investigation shows that the credit system in China is based on academic year, difficult to en- hance students autonomy study ability and Easy grades phenomenon is serious;Graduate training system is imperfect, Master of Science Professional Industrial Engineering Master training methods are not scientific, and enhance the quality of graduate education system problems are pointed out through comparison of the master education method between China and US ; Current degree programs of China' s lack of sound certification system, the establishment of complete degree programs private accreditation bodies and certification system is recommended.
