The medical security of universities has been transforming from the free medical service to the medical insurance system. With the rapid development of universities, the transforma- tion of the medical security is facing many problems, as is becoming more and more visible and. These problems restrict the development of universities to some degree. The Stability and harmoni- ous development of universities affects on the social construction and economic development. Therefor it is vital to identify the problems that the medical security work of universities for the college administrators to face, and to do their best in the management process and to explore profitable reformation and countermeasure.
