一元羧酸转运蛋白4在胃癌中的表达及与预后的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨一元羧酸转运蛋白4(mono-carboxylate transporters 4,MCT4)在人胃癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法收集在中山大学附属第一医院胃肠外科中心手术的胃癌患者标本113例,用免疫组化的方法检测MCT4蛋白的表达。结果 MCT4阳性表达定位于肿瘤细胞的细胞膜上,低表达样本55例,高表达样本58例。MCT4蛋白的表达与肿瘤TNM分期密切相关(P=0.021)。经过单因素和多因素分析,MCT4低表达患者的总体预后明显优于MCT4高表达患者(P=0.001)。结论 MCT4是胃癌的独立预后因素。 Objective To investigate the relationship between MCT4 and prognosis of gastric cancer patients. Methods We included 113 patients, who underwent a curative surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University. The expression of MCT4 was detected in 113 specimens of gastric cancer patients by immunohistochemistry. Results We found that MCT4 was expressed in cell membrane. The low expression of MCT4 were found in 55 patients, while high expression of MCT4 were found in 58 patients.Moreover, both univariate analysis and multivariate analysis revealed that MCT4 expression were independent prognostic factors in the patients with gastric cancer. Conclusion MCT4 is a independent prognostic factor of patients with gastric cancer.
