低位直肠胃肠间质瘤综合治疗1例报告 被引量：1

摘要 胃肠间质瘤（gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GIST）是消化道最常见的间叶组织来源肿瘤[1],约60%~70%发生于胃,30%发生于小肠,直肠GIST仅占5%[2]。现将1例低位直肠GIST诊治情况报告如下。1病史江某,男性,49岁,2010年7月因＂前列腺增生＂就诊于本院泌尿外科,盆腔磁共振（magnetic resonance,
