摘要
20世纪80年代以来,越来越多的跨国公司通过结成战略联盟来增强自身竞争优势,战略联盟也成为当前我国企业开展国际化经营和参与国际竞争的重要手段。2014年10月16日华为和埃森哲签署了战略联盟协议,在获得有效利用互补性资源、拓展互补性市场、打造行业技术标准、构建市场进入壁垒等优势的同时,也将面临管理协同、技术泄密、联盟方和第三方的潜在竞争、潜在依附性增加等风险。华为应采取以下措施加以防范:加深双方文化了解、共创组织文化、保护核心技术、明确违约奖惩条款及重视战略管理过程等。
From the 1980s’,more and more international companies has enhanced advantage by establishing strategic alliance, and strategic alliance also is the important tactic for China companies to develop international operation.On Oct 16,2014, HuaWei and Accenture Ltd signed strategic alliance.HuaWei could get the effects such as obtaining resource,expanding mar-ket,establishing technology standard,building market barriers,but also faced the challenges such as management synergy, technology leaks,potential competition and dependent increasing.
