中美德高新技术制造业发展特征及创新产出比较 被引量:3

Comparison of Development Characteristics and Innovation Output of High-tech Manufacturing Industry Among China,US and Germany

摘要 分析中美德三国高新技术制造业成长性、结构性以及创新性等特征,比较三国在创新实力以及转化效益等创新产出方面的差异,结果显示:中国高新技术制造业成长前景良好,增长速度较快;实施错位竞争使得高新技术产业内部结构与美德两国有较大差异;创新投入总量不断增长,转化效益显著提升。但与美德相比,存在创新投入强度偏低、创新实力较弱等问题。鉴于此,中国高新技术制造业应当借鉴美德经验,推进自主创新、提升创新效率。 It analyzes the growth, structural and innovative characteristics of high-tech manufacturing, compares differences of innovation output in terms of innovation strength and the conversion benefit in the United States, Germany and China. The results find that : Chinese high-tech manufacturing has good growth prospects and faster growth; dislocation competition makes the internal structure of high-tech industry differences with US and Germany; Innovation investment is growing, the conversion efficiency has significantly improved. However, there has lower innovation investment intensity and weaker innovation strength issues. In light of this, it proposes that China should learn development experiences of US and Germany, promote independent innovation and improve innovation efficiency to develop Chinese high-tech manufacturing.
