摘要
本文基于江苏制造业2004—2013年28个行业的面板数据,采用分位数回归方法考察环境规制、FDI对企业技术创新在不同行业的差异性以及各分位点处的溢出效应。结果表明:从江苏省制造业全部样本来看,FDI技术溢出效应随着企业技术创新条件分布由低分位点向高分位点处移动呈现倒"U"型特征,而环境规制对技术创新具有"U"型杠杆效应;对污染密集型行业而言,环境规制技术溢出更多的凸显在补偿效应,而对于清洁生产型行业来说,由环境规制带来的抵消效应更为显著,FDI的技术溢出效应在污染密集型和清洁生产型行业中均有出现,FDI的吸收能力尚待提升。
Based on the panel data of manufacturing industry in Jiangsu from 2004 to 2013, it examines the impacts of FDI and environment regulation on enterprise's technology innovation in each industry and typical quantile by using the quantile regression methods. The results show that FDI technology spillover effect shows a inverted "U" type features with the conditional distribution moving to the higher quantile with all the samples collected, and environment regulation produces leverage effects on technology innovation, showing a "U" type features. The environmental regulation spillover has more compensation effect on the pollution intensive industries, and more counteracts effect on cleaner production industry. FDI spillover effect exists in both pollution intensive and clean production industry, but FDI absorption capacity still needs to be improved.
