要素市场扭曲是否抑制区域创新效率

Does the distortion of the factor market inhibit the regional innovation efficiency?

在测算地区创新效率的基础上,本文利用面板数据模型实证检验了要素市场扭曲对区域创新效率的影响。理论研究表明要素市场扭曲是造成创新效率损失的一个原因,同时,经验研究证实,要素市场扭曲显著抑制了区域创新效率,其扭曲程度与区域创新效率的高低趋势具有明显的反向一致性,分地区估计中依然表明存在这一抑制作用。分组回归后发现,两者之间可能存在非线性关系。

Based on the estimation of the regional innovation efficiency, this paper analyses the effects of the distortion of the factors market on the regional innovation efficiency by using the panel data model. Theoretical study shows that factors market distortion is a cause of the loss of innovation efficiency. And the empirical research confirms that factors market distortion inhibits the regional innovation efficiency significantly ; the degree of factor market distortion and the increasing and decreasing trend of region innovation efficiency have significant inverse consistency： a high level of factor market distortion tends to reduce the efficiency of regional innovation. Regional estimation also confirms this inhibitory effect. Though grouping regression, it can be find out that there is a nonlinear relationship between the two groups.
