Adult onset Still's disease: recent progress in pathogenesis and clinical laboratory indicators

成人斯蒂尔病(adult onset Still’s disease,AOSD)是一种病因不明的系统性炎性反应性疾病,临床表现复杂多样,常出现漏诊、误诊。因此,合理选用诊断AOSD的高特异度和敏感度的实验室检测指标尤为重要,本文对AOSD相关的发病机制和实验室检测研究综述如下,以利为临床实验室开展高效的AOSD诊治工作提供参考。

Adult onset Still＇s disease（AOSD） is an inflammatory systematic disorder with unknown etiology and a wide clinical presentation. It is easy to be misdiagnosed or missed diagnosed. Therefore, it is very important to have a highly specific and sensitive laboratory indicator reasonably. This review will focus on the pathogenesis and clinical laboratory indicators of the disease in order to provide the reference of diagnosis and treatment of AOSD efficiently.
