摘要
电影《狼图腾》引发有关蒙古族图腾的新一轮争辩。本文以《狼图腾》引发的图腾文化探讨为契机，试图从考古学研究、文学史料、历史记载、语言学考察等方面，展现蒙古族图腾崇拜的全貌，以期形成对蒙古民族风俗文化和族源理论系统化探讨。
The film Wolf Totem has triggered off a new round of debate about Mongolian totems. Taking the totem culture study as an opportunity, the paper aims to present a whole picture of the Mongolian totem worship by tracing historical records, archaeological research, literary and historical data as well as linguistics inquiries, hoping to offer a systematical survey of Mongolian customs, culture and ethnic origin.
