关于提升会计学专业人才培养质量的几点思考

Reflections on Improving the Teaching Quality of College Accounting Program

进一步提升我校会计学专业人才培养的质量,应从培养目标、培养方案、师资队伍、资本投入与成本补偿机制、实验室建设、组织保障体系、绩效考核办法、培育开放型会计文化等八个方面着手,与时俱进、深化改革、加强建设。

In order to further improve the teaching quality of Accounting program at our university,measures should be taken in eight specific terms of teaching objectives,teaching schemes,teaching staff,system of capital investment and cost reimbursement,lab construction,system of organizational support,assessing methods of performance,cultural development of global accounting,with the ideas of keeping up with the times,deepening reforms as well as strengthening construction.
