要素禀赋、改革创新与安徽高校内涵式发展——基于Cobb-Douglas生产函数与多元测度的经济统计分析

On the Factor Endowment,Reform and Innovation,and Connotative Development of Anhui Universities with the Economic Statistical Analysis Based on Cobb-Douglas Production Function and Multivariate Measurement

基于Cobb-Douglas生产函数与多元统计方法,对安徽高校内涵式发展的现实条件进行实证研究。研究结果表明:在对以师资力量、办学条件、学生规模、开放办学等指标体系衡量的高校发展基本要素禀赋进行多元统计测度后发现,安徽高校的要素丰裕度仅处于全国中等水平,推动安徽高校内涵式发展唯有依靠制度改革与创新,提高要素配置效率,提升要素产出贡献率,从而提速实现安徽高校内涵式发展。

It is indicated in the empirical study,based on the Cobb-Douglas production function and multivariate statistics,of the present conditions of the connotative development in universities of Anhui that their factor abundance,after the multivariate statistics and measurement to the factor endowment of the development in universities judged by such index as the faculty,teaching conditions,number of students and open to the society,is the second only to the middle-level in univeristies of China,and what is more,the institutional reform and innovation is quite dependable in the promotion to the connotative development in universities of Anhui and this development is to be realized speedingly in the improvement on the factor allocation efficiency and factor output contribution rate.
