摘要
公益精神既是对一定社会群体的关怀,也表达着人类对社会发展所共同面临的问题的关注与作为。公共性认知是公益精神形成的起点,公益参与实践是公益精神形成的基础,公益精神的形成是多种教育因素相互作用的结果,公益精神的形成需要良好的社会环境。
Public service spirit is not only the care for certain social groups,but also expresses people＇s attention and actions to handle problems that we are all confronting in the course of social development.Public cognition is the starting point to develop public service spirit,public service involvement and practice are the basic,and its formation is the result of the interaction of many educational factors.Also,it needs a good social environment.
