摘要
大学生由于面临太多的外界刺激和压力,易产生倦怠情绪。采用情感倦怠调查问卷和自我和谐量表选取320名大学生进行实证调查,结果显示,大学生在不同维度上其情感倦怠具有差异性,情感倦怠和自我和谐各因子具有显著相关性。高校应通过缓解大学生的情感倦怠,促进其个体的自我和谐,提高大学生的心理健康水平。
Colleges students are easy to be in the mood of burnout due to the external stimulus and pressure they are faced with.It is indicated in the empirical investigation,by use of the emotional burnout questionaire and self-consistency and congruence scale,on 320 students that their emotional burnout have the difference in the different dimesnions and the factors have obviously the relativity related to the emotional burnout and self-harmony.And colleges and universities are supposed to promote their individual self-harmony by relieving their emotional burnout and raise their mental health level.
