摘要
对普通高校公共体育课进行不同类型运动训练实验,结果显示,学生在经过耐力、速度、力量训练后,体育成绩有明显提高,但测试柔韧素质的项目成绩没有变化。高校体育课程应以速度训练为主,加大上肢力量训练,增加柔韧素质训练。
Different kinds of sports training experiments have been conducted in public sports classes at higher institutions.Results have shown that students' athletic performance can be improved a lot after training of endurance,speed and strength,with exception of the performance of flexibility quality.College physical education should give priority to speed training,with further strengthening of upper limbs and flexibility training.
