摘要
人字齿同步带传动因承载能力大、传动误差小、噪声低等特点备受关注。分析人字齿同步带和带轮齿廓曲线参数,利用高阶切触阶啮合理论建立带齿和轮齿齿廓方程。对人字齿同步带模具齿廓曲面加工特性进行研究,并根据坐标变换和齿轮啮合原理推导人字齿同步带模具曲面方程。最后提出一种用于同时生产多根人字齿同步带的组合分拆式模具,并成功用于指导企业生产。
The double helical synchronous belt has received great concern for its high loading capacity,low transmission error and noise. Through the gear profile curve parameter analysis of synchronous belt and pulley,the gear profile equation is established by using the high order contact meshing theory. The mold gear surface profile processing characteristic is investigated and the mold surface equation of double helical synchronous belt is deduced according to the coordinate transformation and gear meshing principles. Finally,the combined detachable mold is proposed to manufacture four belts simultaneously. The proposed mold is used to guide the production practice.
