计及扭转刚度约束的齿轮副传动链优化设计

Optimization Design for Gear Pair Transmission with Considering Torsional Stiffness Constraint

摘要 针对用于机床转台的齿轮副传动链,其扭转刚度对机床静动特性具有重要的影响。以齿轮副传动链为研究对象,计及齿轮副啮合刚度、传动轴扭转刚度,建立了传动链扭转刚度的通用数学解析模型;以某二级传动系统为例,利用有限元软件验证了解析模型的有效性;考虑扭转刚度约束,构建了传动链优化设计数学模型,对传动链进行了轻量化设计。优化结果表明,在保证传动链扭转刚度的前提下,传动链体积明显减小。 The torsional stiffness of gear pair transmission chain usually employed in rotary table plays an important role in both static and dynamic characteristics of machine tools. Taking the gear pair transmission chain as study object,considering the mesh stiffness of gear pair torsional stiffness of shaft,a general mathematical model for torsional stiffness of gear pair transmission chain is established. Meanwhile,taking a two-stage transmission as example,the effectiveness of analytical model is verified by using the finite element software. Furthermore,the mathematical model for optimal design of transmission chain is constructed,a lightweight design of the transmission chain is carried out by considering the torsional stiffness constraint. The optimization results show that the volume is obviously smaller after optimizing under the premise that the torsional stiffness of transmission chain is guaranteed.
