摘要
设计了一种除鳞机柔性机械传动机构,该机构主要由齿轮传动、链传动、柔性连接3部分组成,通过各组件的相互传动最终实现单输入多输出的柔性自由度运动。详细叙述了传动系统的设计与功能实现过程,对所设计的样机进行了动态减振性能研究,结果显示:除鳞机柔性传动机构克服了传统纯机械系统所存在的刚性缺陷,使机构设计变的更加富有弹性与可塑性,为机械传动系统的设计提供了一个新方向。
A flexible mechanical transmission mechanism for descaling machine is designed,which composes of gear transmission,chain transmission and flexible connection,the flexible degree of freedom movement for single input multiple output system is achieved by mutual component transmission. The process of transmission system design and function realization are detailed described,at the end,the dynamic damper performance of prototype is researched,the results show that the flexible mechanism of descaling machine overcomes rigid defects existing in the traditional pure mechanical system and makes design more full of elasticity and plasticity,which provides a new direction for mechanical transmission system design.
