摘要
为了提高传动轴设计的可靠性和合理性,基于有限元方法其对某汽车传动轴进行自由模态分析、扭转刚度分析、强度分析和疲劳分析。分析结果表明,其一阶固有频率均比激振频率高15%,能够有效地避免发生共振;扭转刚度27 685.5 N·m/rad,符合刚度要求。其最大主应力位于轴管处,为185.2 MPa,安全系数为1.32,能够满足强度要求;该传动轴的最小寿命为5.385×107,疲劳寿命满足要求。
In order to improve the reliability and rationality of a automobile transmission shaft design,the free modal,torsional stiffness,static strength and fatigue strength of a transmission shaft are analyzed based on the finite element method. The result shows that the first-order natural frequency is 15% higher than the excitation frequency,so the resonance will be effectively avoided. The torsional rigidity is 27 685. 5 N·m / rad,it meets the stiffness requirement. The maximum stress is located at the shaft tube,its value is 185. 2 MPa,the safety factor is 1. 32,it meets the strength requirements. The minimum life is 8. 165 × 107,it meets the fatigue life requirements.
