Multi-objective Optimization Analysis of High Speed Gearbox based on Parametric Design

摘要 为了提高某高速齿轮箱体的静动态特性,采用多目标优化方法中的主要目标法,对参数化设计的高速齿轮箱体进行结构优化分析。基于ANSYS Workbench的仿真模拟结果表明,多目标优化方法可以在减轻箱体质量的同时,有效地提高箱体的静动性能和设计效率,满足高速齿轮箱体更高的性能要求,为齿轮箱其他相关零部件的优化设计和改进提供了理论依据和参考。 To improve the static and dynamic characteristics of a high speed gearbox,the main object method of multi-objective optimization is applied in optimization analysis of structures in the high speed gearbox based on parametric design. The simulation results based on ANSYS Workbench prove that,by using multi-objective optimization,the high speed gearbox mass can be reduced,at the same time,the static characteristics,dynamic characteristics and the design efficiency of gearbox are significantly improved,the higher requirements in performance of high speed gearbox is satisfied,and a theoretical guide and reference for the optimization design and improvement of other critical parts of gearbox is provided.
