摘要
高速齿轮箱因工况特性而产生较多的热量,造成的高温尤其是局部高温会使润滑环境恶劣,齿轮的接触和抗胶合强度降低,加速润滑油的老化。先结合国内外现有成果对系统的产热、传热机理和边界条件确定进行介绍,而后针对目前应用较为广泛的热网络法、有限元仿真、试验测试等进行简述。
The heat quantity generated by the working condition characteristic of high speed gearbox will lead to high temperature,and the high temperature especially local high temperature will make the lubricating condition badly,the contact and anti-scuffing strength of gear lower and the lubricating oil accelerated aging.Firstly,combining with the existing achievements at home and abroad,the mechanism of heat generating and transferring of the system and the determination of boundary condition are introduced. Then,the thermal network method,finite element simulation and test which widely applied at present are briefly introduced.
