口腔扁平苔藓病损中肥大细胞超微结构特点研究

摘要 目的 :探讨肥大细胞在口腔扁平苔藓 (orallichenplanus,OLP)发病机制中的作用和表现特征。方法 :OLP病损组织丘疹及斑纹型 15例 ,糜烂型 15例 ,应用光镜对成熟型和非成熟型肥大细胞的分布、染色颗粒等观察 ,应用JEOL、JEM 12 0 0EX电镜 ,对T肥大细胞和TC肥大细胞的超微结构进行观察 ,分析其相互间和与正常组织肥大细胞的区别。结果 :T肥大细胞和TC肥大细胞均存在于正常和OLP病损组织中。在OLP病损中T肥大细胞和TC肥大细胞超微结构发生变化 ,糜烂型较重 ,主要表现在细胞膜溶解和指状突的消失、核膜分离、线粒体变性、颗粒肿胀及脱颗粒等。非成熟型肥大细胞较成熟型肥大细胞具有高核浆比、颗粒小、颗粒数量少的特点。结论 﨩bjective: [WT5'BZ]Our aim was to study the effect s and characteristics of mast cells in the pathogenesis of oral lichen planus (OLP ). [WT5'HZ]Methods: [WT5'BZ]Fifteen patients with papule and 15 erosin OLP wer e included in this study .Location and stained granules feature of immature and mature mast cell were observed by using optical microscope. T and TC mast cells were analyzed by using JEOL, JEM 1200EX electron microscope. [WT5'HZ]Results: [WT5'BZ]There were T mast cells and TC mast cells in normal and OLP oral mucosa . In OLP, T mast cells and TC mast cells had ultrastructural changes. The change s of erosin OLP were more serious than others, about membrane dissolution, proce sses appearance, separation between nucleus and nucleus membrane, mitochondria v acuolar degeneration, confusion of microfilaments, and micropipe and degranulati ons or swollen granules. Immature mast cells had high ratio of nuclear to cytopl asmic ratio, and contained a small number and small size of granules along with small cell size. [WT5'HZ]Conclusion: [WT5'BZ]Mast cells play an important rule in the pathogenesis of OLP as immunol activation cells. [WT5'HZ]
