胶原贴敷料在激光治疗雀斑后创面修复中的临床应用

Postoperative nursing of laser with moist collagen dressing in patients with ephelides

目的:观察胶原贴敷料在激光治疗雀斑后的修复作用。方法:将148例面部雀斑患者随机分成两组。治疗组:75例,采用激光治疗后局部敷贴胶原贴敷料,第1周每天敷贴1次,第2周开始隔天敷贴1次,共3周;对照组:73例,激光治疗后冰敷,外用莫匹罗星软膏。观察术后结痂时间、痂皮脱落时间,术后1个月观察色素沉着出现比例,并于术后6个月观察其色素沉着变化。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组患者创面恢复时间明显缩短,不良反应减少,恢复快,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胶原贴敷料在激光治疗雀斑后应用,可以促进创面愈合,增强疗效、减少色素沉着、安全性好。

Objective To investigate the rehabilitative effects of the moist collagen dressing on postoperative nursing of laser in patients with ephelides.Methods Total 148 patients with ephelides were randomly divided into two groups（A and B）.After laser treating,the observation group 75 cases were given the moist collagen dressing once a day in first week,and then once every other day in the later two weeks;the control group 73 cases were given ice compress and mupirocin ointment.The duration of wound recovery and the incidence of side effects were evaluated.Results The healing of post laser treatment in the observation group was substantially accelerated,side effects and discomfort was reduced.The comparison showed significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Moist collagen dressing can be used postoperative nursing of laser in patients of ephelides.It is an effective and safe method after laser treating.
