额颞岛状带蒂皮瓣移植修复眼睑缺损围手术期护理

Perioperative nursing of temporal island flap for repairing the eyelid defect by transplantation

目的:提高额颞岛状带蒂皮瓣移植修复眼睑缺损手术护理质量。方法:对2例额颞岛状带蒂皮瓣移植眼睑缺损手术患者,采用观察病情、保护皮瓣、预防感染、基础护理等围术期护理措施。结果:经手术及精心护理,术后移植皮瓣全部成活。结论:围手术期护理是额颞岛状带蒂皮瓣移植修复眼睑缺损手术成功的必要保障。

Objective To improve the frontotemporal island pedicle flap to repair the eyelid defects by transplantation of nursing quality.Methods 2 cases of frontotemporal island with transplantation of pedicled flap defect of eyelid surgery patients,were accepted perioperative nursing,such as observation condition,protect skin flap,prevention infection,basic nursing,etc.Results Perioperative nursing could improve the frontotemporal island pedicle flap graft operative success rate.Conclusion Perioperative nursing is necessary to protect the island with frontal temporal flap transplantation surgery to repair the eyelid defect successfully.
