摘要
根据铸钢件材质疏松类缺欠的特点,分析焊接返修过程中产生的难点,针对性提出材质疏松类缺欠的焊接修补工艺,通过制定合理的焊接返修方案,并严格按照焊接工艺要求进行操作,及时合理进行焊后热处理,经验证结果表明,该铸件的焊接修补工艺达到技术要求,较同类铸件相比平均焊接次数降低30%,合格率提升约50%。
This paper according to the characteristics of steel castings of loose material detect and analysis welding rework process difficulty, puts forward the loose material defect in the welding repair technology, through the development of reasonable welding repair project, and strictly according to welding procedure requirements for operation, timely and reasonable welding post heat treatment, the results show that- the casting welding repair process to meet the technical requirements of, compared with the same kind of casting compared to the average number of welds is reduced by 30%, qualified rate increased about 50%0
