智能建筑经过二十余年的发展在现代建筑中得到了广泛应用,效果显著。随着以大数据、物联网、云计算等新一代互联网技术在建筑行业的不断探索实践,"智慧建筑"的概念应运而生。本文将通过技术路线图的方式研判建筑行业中智慧建筑的发展方向,为智慧建筑的深入研究做些初步尝试。

Over the past twenty years,intelligent buildings have been widely applied in modern buildings with remarkable effects. Along with the explorations and practices in such new internet technologies as big data,internet of things and cloud computing,the concept of smart building is put forward. Through the method of technology roadmap,the development trend of smart buildings in the building industry is studied and the tentative discussions for further research on smart buildings are carried out.
