风电场接入电力系统用故障检测方法初探

摘要 随着我国几大风电场的建设,当大规模风电通过电网输出时,如果输电网络中存在串联补偿电容,在一定干扰条件下,风电机组和传输线中的串联补偿电容会发生特殊次同步振荡。如何减少这种特殊次同步振荡对电网和风力发电机组所产生的危害是文章试图探讨解决的问题。文章通过深入研究,提出了全新的判断技术,其核心是检测特殊次同步振荡,并保护系统和风电场双方利益。 When large-scale wind power through the power output, if there is series capacitor compensation in the transmission network, in certain interference conditions, wind turbines and the series capacitor compensation in transmission line occur special subsynchronous oscillation. How to solve the problem of power grid and wind turbine generator set by this special sub synchronous oscillation is the problem this paper tries to solve. Through in-depth study, the article puts forward a new judgment technology, whose core is to detect the special sub synchronous oscillation, and protect system and the interests of both sides of the wind farm.
