空间视角下低碳城市规划的国际经验借鉴与思考 被引量:4

International Experience and Reflection of Low-carbon City Planning From Spatial Perspective

摘要 面对全球范围的气候变化与环境恶化,发展低碳城市已成为大势所趋。相较于西方发达国家,中国的低碳城市研究明显滞后于社会经济发展,城市规划向经济、技术、社会、生态、管理等领域进行知识拓展的过程中,自身理论与方法发展相对乏力,尤其是城市空间的系统性研究明显缺乏。该文从城市空间发展策略导向、城市空间结构控制、城市土地使用落实、低碳城市规划与建设评价几方面,对低碳城市的国际研究经验进行梳理。进而结合国内相关研究进展,基于空间视角,进行低碳城市规划的检视与思考。 Facing the global changing climate and worsening environment, developing low- carbon city has become an overwhelming trend. Compared to western developed countries, research of low-carbon city in China is apparent lag in socioeconomic development, in the knowledge extending to the field of economy, technology, social, ecology and management, the theories and methods of urban planning is a weakness, especially systematic research is a marked absence of urban space. In the paper, we sum up the experience of international research in low- carbon city from the following aspects, including urban space development strategy orientation, urban space structure controt, urban land use implementation, low-carbon city planning and construction evaluation. And according to local research progress, we do self-examination and thought of low-carbon city planning from spatial perspective.
