基于空间句法的轨道交通枢纽综合体连接空间整合度初探——以北京西直门交通枢纽为例

Study on the Integration of Connecting Space in the Rail Transportation Hub Complex Based on the Space Syntax:A Case Study in Beijing Xizhimen Transportation Hub

西直门交通枢纽自建成以来,其空间利用日趋完善,但至今其商业与地铁之间的连接空间仍存在着空间布局不合理、空间浪费等现象。整合度高的连接空间不仅可以提高枢纽站的空间利用率、还能提高综合体的城市功能效益。基于实际调研,文章采用空间句法轴线,视域和人流分析方法,结合深度值、平均深度值形态分析变量,对连接空间进行量化研究,进而分析空间利用率及人流量分布情况,并应用以上相关结论来指导轨道交通枢纽综合体的空间设计。

Since the completion of Xizhimen transportation hub, its space utilization has gotten more and more matured, but so far the unreasonable space distribution and the waste of space still exist between the business space and metro space. High integration connecting space can not only improve space utilization, but also improve urban functional benefits of the complex. On the basis of the actual research, using space syntax axis, sights and flow analysis, combining with the connection space depth value, average depth analysis variable values, etc, we quantify its space. Furthermore, we analyze space utilization and distribution of human traffic, so as to apply the relevant conclusions to guide the spatia design of complex rail transport hub.
