新型城镇化背景下小城镇农贸市场规划研究——以海南兴隆农贸市场为例

Study on the Farmer's Market Planning Under the Background of New Urbanization in Small Yowns:Taking Farmer's Markets in Hainan Xinglong as a Typical Case

20世纪80年代,我国农贸市场逐步形成。经过三十年的发展,农贸市场在功能、形式上以及对小城镇发展作用上发生了重大的变化。在新型城镇化背景下,农贸市场如何实现转型,如何融入到小城镇整体协调发展之中,已成为小城镇发展不容忽视的问题。该文以海南兴隆农贸市场为例,在现状分析的基础上,提出规划策略。在合理定位的前提下分别从整体布局、功能要求、交通组织、景观规划、单体建筑等方面进行综合研究,使农贸市场既能因地制宜符合功能发展需求,又能独具特色适应新时代发展形势。

Farmer＇s market formed in the 1980s, after 30 years of development, the farmer＇s market which on the function, form and the role of small towns development hove significant changes. Under the background of the new urbanization, how to realize the transformation of farmer＇s market and how to integrate into the overall coordinated development has become a problem that not allow to ignore in the development of small towns. Taking Hainan Xinglong farmers＇ markets as a typical case, on the basis of the situation analysis, we put forward the planning strategy. On the premise of reasonable positioning, we comprehensively study the general layout, the functional requirements, traffic organization, landscape planning and the single building, so as to make the farmer＇s market adjust measures to local conditions and meet the demand of function development, and adapt to the developing situation of the new era of situation.
