小尺度街区模式下的高校老校区转型方式探索

Exploration of the Old University Campus' Transformation Methods Under the Small-size Block Mode

随着我国高等教育变革,城市中心的高校老校区正由传统意义上的学术研究教育场所逐渐转型成一个学术、产业、经济、文化的复合体。该文结合高校老校区的转型现状,引入小尺度街区理论,论述建设全开放型大学的可行性,并从交通组织于用地布局等方面探讨小尺度街区模式下老校区转型的基本方法。

With the reform of higher education, the old university campus in city center is gradually transforms into a combination of academy, industry, economy and culture. In the background of present transformation situation of old university campus, we apply small-size block theory and discuss available transformation methods of the traffic organization, land layout for old campus transforms into a the open university.
