摘要
以75μm天然鳞片石墨为原料,以H_3PO_4、HNO_3为插层剂,以高锰酸钾为氧化剂,采用化学氧化法制备无硫可膨胀石墨。通过单因素实验分析影响因素对石墨膨胀容积的影响,并对制备机理进行初步探讨。结果表明:无硫可膨胀石墨的最佳制备条件为:石墨(g)与混合酸液(mL)配比1∶8,石墨(g)与KMnO_4(g)配比1∶0.15,反应温度35℃,反应时间60min。制得无硫可膨胀石墨的膨胀容积为140m L·g^(-1)。
The expandable graphite was prepared by chemical oxidation method using KMnO4 as oxidant, HNO3 and H3PO4 as intercalation agent and -75μm flake graphite as raw material.The influence factors on the expansion volume (EV) were analyzed by single factor experiments, and the preparation mechanism is preliminary discussed. Results show that the optimum preparation conditions were as follows: graphite(g) :Mixed acid(ml)=1:8, graphite (g):KMnO4(g)= 1:0.15, reaction temperature was 35℃ for 60min, the maximum EV can reach 140mL·g-1.
