RP-HPLC法同时检测短梗五加果中4个有效成分的含量

摘要 目的:建立反相高效液相色谱-紫外法测定短梗五加果中4个有效成分含量。方法:采用Diamasil C_(18)色谱柱(200×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05%磷酸为流动相,流速为1mL·min^(-1),检测波长为210nm,柱温为25℃。结果:短梗五加果中4个有效成分的分离度良好,标准曲线在检测范围内均呈良好线性,r=0.9997~0.9999,平均回收率95.6%~101.6%,RSD为2.4%~3.3%。结论:该方法简便可靠,精密度高,重复性好,适用于短梗五加果有效成分含量测定方法。 Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC-UV method for the determination of four effective compounds of Aeanthopanax sessiliflorus. Methods: Chromatographic conditions were gave on an C18 column (200×4.6mm, 5μm)at 25℃, an isocratic mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1mL·min-1 and 210 nm detection wavelength. Results: four effective compounds of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus had good separating and linearity. The linear range of four effective compounds was wide(r=0.9997-0.9999), the aver- age recovery was 95.6-101.6% and RSD was 2.4-3.3%. Conclusion: The method is simple and reliable, high precision, good reproducibility, and accurate for the quantitative analysis of four effective compounds of Acanthopanax sessiliflorus.
