苏嵯输油管道混合原油降凝剂筛选及改性效果评价 被引量:2

摘要 对苏嵯输油管道管输混合原油进行室内降凝剂筛选实验,挑选并复配出对混合原油改性效果好的化学剂,确定了最佳加剂条件和最佳配比,并测得了在最佳加剂条件下混合原油的屈服值。实验结果表明,苏嵯输油管道混输原油的最佳降凝剂为B,最佳加剂温度为70℃,最佳加剂量为600×10^(-6),在该条件下,可以使凝点降低10℃,降粘率达83.31%。该室内实验及结果对指导苏嵯输油管道加剂输送技术的应用有一定的借鉴意义。 The mixed crude oil depressant for Suecuo oil pipeline was screened by indoor experiments. The best modified solvent was selected. The best conditions and ratios were determined. The yield value of mixed oil was determined under the conditions.The experimental results show that, The best depressant for suecuo oil pipeline transporting crude oil was B, the optimum additive temperature is 70℃,the optimal dosage is 600ppm. Under the condition, the pour point reduced 10℃, the viscosity reduction rate reached 83.31%. The indoor experiment and the results have certain significance to guide the application of additive suecuo oil pipeline transportation technology.
