摘要
JX2二开钻进地层地质条件复杂,易发生漏失且泥岩段遇水易膨胀导致井壁失稳、卡钻等复杂情况发生。为了预防此类复杂情况的发生,应该对该井段的钻井液体系有个全面的评价。本文主要在室内对该井段选用的钻井液体系进行了一系列的性能测试评价,结果表明该钻井液体系粘度及失水较好,并在热滚前后其粘度及失水变化不大,能很好的抑制该区块的水化膨胀,预防地层坍塌等复杂情况的发生,值得进一步推广与应用。
JX2 two open in stratum has complex geological conditions,which is Prone to leakage and mudstone in the water easily lead to sidewall instability expansion, such as sticking complex situation. In order to prevent the occurrence of such complex situation, it is a comprehensive evaluation should be taken. This paper mainly discussed a series evaluation of the performance test, which show that the viscosity of drilling fluid system and water loss were good, and changes little in viscosity and water loss before and after hot rolling, can inhibit the block hydration expansion good, prevent the happening of the complex situation, such as formation collapse, worthy of further popularization and application.
