摘要
PM_(2.5)易富集重金属元素,对人体健康带来危害。从样品前处理和定量分析方法两个方面简述了PM_(2.5)中重金属分析技术,对常用的消解方法进行汇总和分析,并建议日常分析采用王水法提取滤膜中的重金属;定量分析需要结合电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)、X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)、原子荧光光谱仪法(AFS)和冷原子吸收分光光度法(CAAS)等多种技术才能满足分析需求,讨论了如何根据分析需求选择合适的分析技术。
PMM2.5 brought adverse effect on human health due to its enchriment in heavy metals.The monitoring technology and methods of heavy metals in PMM2.5 were focused on both sample digestion and quantitative analysis. First, the methods requently-used to digest PM2.5 samples were summarized and disscussed, and aqua regia for daily work was recommended. And then, multiple quantitative technologies including Inductively Coupled Plasma Spectrometry Mass (ICP-MS), Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES), X-ray Flsorescence, Atomic Flsorescence Spectrometry (AFS) and Cold Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry (CAAS) were suggested to use in order to meet analyze requirements.
