摘要
为提高催化裂化柴油的氧化安定性,我们选取了10种商业抗氧剂,以考察抗氧剂的种类和添加量对催化裂化柴油氧化安定性的影响。实验结果显示,不同抗氧剂对催化裂化柴油氧化安定性有不同影响,大部分受阻酚类抗氧剂对催化裂化柴油的抗氧化效果要优于芳胺类抗氧剂,而且酯基的引入能够提高受阻酚类抗氧剂对催化裂化柴油的抗氧化效果。对抗氧化效果最佳的抗氧剂1010而言,其抗氧化效果随着添加量的增加逐渐提高并趋于平稳,其最佳添加量为0.2%。
In order to improve the oxidation stability of catalytic cracking diesel oil, we selected ten kinds of commercial antioxidants, to examine the type and amount of antioxidant effects on the oxidation stability of catalyt- ic cracking diesel oil. The experimental results showed that different antioxidants had different effects on the oxi- dation stability of catalytic cracking diesel oil, most of hindered phenolic antioxidants were superior to arylamine antioxidant, and the introduction of the ester group could improve the antioxidant effect of hindered phenolic antioxidants on catalytic cracking diesel oil. For the best antioxidant 1010, the antioxidant effect with the added amount gradually increased and stabilized, and its optimum adding amount was 0.2%.
