摘要
本研究以氯化铵浸出次氧化锌得到的二氯二氨锌晶体和盐酸为原料制备饲料级碱式氯化锌,其合成最佳条件为二氯二氨锌悬浮液锌浓度为0.7mol·L^(-1),合成p H值为6.2,温度为70℃,反应时间为1h,锌的一次沉淀率可达91%以上。对合成的碱式氯化锌进行了主含量、XRD、溶解性和吸水性测定,结果表明碱式氯化锌的纯度高、晶型完整、质量好、在稀酸中溶解性好、吸水性差,符合碱式氯化锌GB/T22546-2008标准,适合用作锌源饲料添加剂。
In the experiment, the feed-grade ZnCl2·4Zn (OH)2·H2O (TBZC) was synthesized from crystalline Zn(NH3)2Cl2 (Zinc Diammine Chloride), which was leached from the inferior zinc oxide with ammonium chloride solution, and hydrochloric acid solution (1mol·L-1). The results showed that the deposition rate of zinc could reach more than 91% in the best synthetic conditions: the zinc concentration of the Zn (NH3)2Cl2 soliquoid solution was 0.7mol·L-1, the pH was 6.2, the temperature was 70℃, and the reaction time was lh. The prepared ZnCl2·4Zn (OH)2·H2O was analyzed by major content determination method and XRD, and the results indicated that the Zn- Cl2·4Zn (OH)2·H2O was of complete integral crystalline form, high purity and good quality, Soluble in dilute acid, water imbibition is poor, meeting the GB/T22546-2008 standard of Tetrabasie zinc chloride. The synthesized TBZC was suitable for being used as feed additive.
