铁铜铝交联蒙脱土催化降解酸性橙Ⅱ

摘要 采用离子交换法制备了Fe-Cu-Al交联蒙脱土(Fe-Cu-Al-MMT)催化剂,通过非均相氧化体系降解酸性橙II。考察了反应温度、反应时间、初始pH值、氧化剂H_2O_2的浓度和催化剂的投加量等因素对降解效果的影响。结果表明:在反应温度为60℃,反应时间90min,初始p H值为3.50,催化剂的投加量为0.5g·L^(-1),H_2O_2浓度为24mmol·L^(-1)条件下,COD去除率可高达82.23%。 Abstraet:In this work, clay pillared with Fe-Cu-Al was synthesized by ion exchange method and used as heterogeneous catalysts for catalytic wet peroxide oxidation degradation of acid orange II. The effects of the reaction temperature, the reaction time,the initial pH and the concentration of hydrogen peroxide and the dose of catalyst on the rate of degradation were investigated in detail. The results indicate that the reaction temperature was 60℃, the reaction time was 90min, the initial pH was 3.50 and the concentration of H202 was 24mmol·L-1. The absorbance of wasterwater completely removed and the COD removal of waster water can high reach 82.23%. Key words: acid orange Ⅱ; pillared; Fe-Cu-Al-MMT
