氧化铝和正庚烷的回收再利用研究

摘要 重油四组分测定实验是我校化工学院应化和化工专业的必修实验,此实验需用到氧化铝做吸附剂,正庚烷作为溶剂,实验时所需量较多,实验结束后由于二者均混入了一些杂质,直接舍弃又较为浪费。该文主要目的在于利用吸附后的氧化铝,对其进行活化和干燥,使其重新具有活性,然后利用它对实验后的正庚烷溶液进行吸附,最后得到纯度较高的正庚烷溶液,可以使原料进行循环利用,并考察不同的活化时间和温度对提纯效果的影响。 Determination of four components in heavy oil is obligatory experiment in our university which uses aluminium oxide as adsorbent and n-heptane as solvent. The required dosage was large, it's waste to abandon. The purpose of this paper is to use the alumina after adsorption, activated and dried, then use it to adsorpt n-heptane solution, finally get high purity of n-heptane solution.This method can make recycling raw materials, mainly inspects the different activation time and temperature on the purification effect.
