摘要
当前的大学生社会主义核心价值观培育多采用显性教育的方式,取得一定成效,但也存在不足,如教育者构成单一,对受教主体的特征研究不够等。相较于显性教育,隐性教育具有内隐性、渗透性、开放性、长久性等特征,更凸显"以人为本",符合当代"90后"大学生的心理特征和认识规律。因此,对大学生进行社会主义核心价值观培育要注重发挥高校隐性人员作用,实现全员育人;同时,从环境、制度、社会实践活动、新媒体运用等方面加强潜在教育资源设计,实现环境育人、制度育人、实践育人、新媒体育人。
Currently, the cultivation of socialist core values mostly adopts the way of explicit education, which made some achievements while showed some shortcomings, such as singleness of educator composition, and insufficient study on the characteristics of the subject who receives the education. Compared with the explicit education, the implicit education possesses implicitness, permeability,openness, longevity and other characteristics, is more people-oriented, and is in line with the psychological characteristics and cognitive rules of the generation after 90 s. Therefore, the cultivation of socialist core values of undergraduates should pay attention to the role of implicit staff in colleges and universities so as to achieve total-staff-involvement education, and meanwhile, enhance the design of implicit education resources by way of environment, institution, activities of social practice, and application of new media, so as to achieve environmental education, institutional education, practice education, and new-media education.
